I’ve noticed a dramatic improvement in my health over the last year by training with Cory. He is very insightful and employs numerous strategies to help overcome self-defeating behavior patterns. When I first started- it had been years since I had done any kind of regular exercise, was stressed about starting a new, largely sedentary, job and was almost 30 pounds over-weight with a prior knee injury.

Cory was instrumental in keeping me on track, especially for the first several months, which felt the most challenging.

I was an expert at finding excuses to not prioritize my health given my busy schedule and Cory was instrumental in retraining me from both a mental and physical stand point. His encouragement and strategies helped me efficiently re-prioritize and break free from bad habits, constructed a positive inner monologue, and gave me the tools necessary to not only effectively train with him but also structure independent workouts to reach my desired endpoint.

Cory’s workouts are far from a mechanical to do list. In addition to having highly tailored exercises, with emphasis on form, designed to meet and safely push me to improve beyond my current fitness level, he also offers basic advice on being more mindful in other facets of my life.
