Quick & Easy Lunch

Rushed for time and don’t have any prepped meals ready to go? DO NOT swing by the drive-thru!


Try this instead:

Empty bag of broccoli into bowl and microwave for 2 minutes.

STIR, then microwave for 2 more minutes.

STIR in can of chicken breast, microwave for 1 minute

STIR, then microwave for 1 more minute.

STIR in 2 tablespoons of salsa, and ENJOY!


I always keep broccoli in the freezer and canned chicken in the cupboard, just for backup.

Birds Eye Baby Broccoli Florets

Salsa is really just your preference.
